DANIEL E. BERCE has been Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of
AmeriCredit Corp. since November 1996. Mr. Berce has been Executive Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of AmeriCredit Corp.
since May 1991. From May 1990 until May 1991, he was Vice President,
Chief Financial Officer of the company. He is also a member of the Board
of Directors of the company. Prior to joining AmeriCredit, he was a
partner with Coopers & Lybrand for four years and was with the firm for
14 years.
