CHRISTENSEN / SHERIDAN / VAUGHAN / WILLIAMS IV – DAVID VAUGHAN INVESTMENTS INC

TODD SHERIDAN is Senior Portfolio Manager at David Vaughan Investments, Inc. Mr. Sheridan joined David Vaughan Investments in 1999 as Senior Portfolio Manager. The combination of his institutional investment management experience and Fortune 500 treasury training enhanced DVI's existing professional core competencies. His responsibilities include researching individual companies, overseeing client investment portfolios, and assisting in the execution of trade orders. Mr. Sheridan grew up in a small community in East Central Illinois. After earning a Finance degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1988, he launched his career at Caterpillar, Inc., working on a variety of corporate treasury assignments. In 1992, he joined Caterpillar Investment Management Ltd. and ultimately assumed a leadership position as Portfolio Manager, responsible for more than $1 billion of equity and fixed income assets. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1995. Mr. Sheridan and his wife and young son live on a 250-acre ranch west of Peoria that affords him ample opportunity to pursue his second passion, all things relating to the great outdoors. Profile
LAWRENCE (WILL) WILLIAMS IV is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of David Vaughan Investments, Inc. When Mr. Williams joined David Vaughan in 1990, they had one secretary to assist and $60 million to manage. Both numbers have changed dramatically. DVI was poised to grow, and it was Mr. Williams' job to build the platform that would support its institutional structure. Today, his talents are focused on his role as a prudent and pragmatic decision-maker, in client relationships and on the investment side. Mr. Williams attended Denison University, graduating in 1985 with a BA in Economics and Political Science, followed by an MBA from Bradley University in 1993. His previous experience was as a proprietary trader and market analyst for the securities trading firm, Bielfeldt & Co. If Mr. Williams cannot be found at the foot of Forest Park Hill, he is busy with various sporting activities or spending time with is wife, young daughter, and pair of yellow Labrador Retrievers. DAVID VAUGHAN is President and Chief Investment Officer of David Vaughan Investments, Inc. He is at the helm of the DVI Investment Committee, with direct responsibility for the firm's investment process. His dedication to clients and their best interests sets the standard for the entire firm. Mr. Vaughan received a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. An investment advisor since 1970, he has managed both institutional and individual assets and achieved national recognition for developing a common stock investment strategy, which focuses on the management of risk. Mr. Vaughan and his wife have three children and seven grandchildren. Regarded as a Renaissance man, he has an encyclopedic knowledge that spans from Oscar-winning dramas to duck decoys. His love for the outdoors is matched only by his appreciation for fine art, some of which he is delighted to share with clients at his Illinois and Florida offices. Profile
BRIAN CHRISTENSEN is Vice President of David Vaughan Investments, Inc. Mr. Christensen is actively involved in the investment management process, interacts with clients, and maintains a leadership role in the Florida marketplace. He researches companies and evaluates client portfolios to meet changing needs. He grew up in Normal, Illinois, and received his BS in both Finance and Management in 1986 from Eastern Illinois University; he earned his MBA from Illinois State University the following year. Caterpillar immediately snapped him up, and Mr. Christensen's career there covered everything from trading foreign currencies to pension fund management. He later received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1994. Mr. Christensen and his wife have a young son and daughter, and their lives revolve around basketball, baseball and volleyball schedules. Like many other DVI co-workers, he is an avid outdoorsman.
