CARL WESTCOTT is Founder and Chairman/CEO of Jayhawk Acceptance
Corporation. Carl Westcott is the former Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Westcott Communications, Inc. (WCI). In 1986, he created the
Automotive Satellite Television Network, the pioneer network that
launched Westcott Communications, a company that produces and broadcasts
programs to train, inform and educate. WCI, a 100 million-dollar company
was acquired by K-III Communications in May, 1996. Mr. Westcott's
entrepreneurial efforts in the burgeoning educational television field
have been recognized by Arthur Young/Venture Magazine which named him
'Entrepreneur of the Year' in 1988. He has spoken widely on the subject
of business education television. Mr. Westcott serves on the boards of
Jayhawk Acceptance Corporation, First Extended Service Corporation,
Texas Louisiana Professional Baseball League and the Executive Board of
the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. Profile
