Anthony Decristofaro – Mgi Software Corporation (mgi.to)

Anthony DeCristofaro, President and CEO of MGi Software Corp., has piloted MGI from its inception in 1995 into a global company with market and technical leadership in visual media software products and infrastructure. He has built a successful business by understanding and pushing the evolution of digital imaging. A key factor in Mr. DeCristofaro's success at MGI has been his ability to forge powerful alliances that expand the company's development, marketing and distribution opportunities. MGI has entered into worldwide agreements with some of the leading technology and consumer brands, including Intel, Sony, Palm, Macromedia, NEC, Dell, IBM, and Sharp. In his role, Mr. DeCristofaro was responsible for key acquisitions, including Live Picture, a company co-founded by ex-Apple CEO, John Scully. Previously as General Manager and Vice President of AST Canada, he grew the subsidiary from $30 million in annual sales to over $350 million, in just four years. He was also co-founding board member of Delrina Corporation, a leading communications software developer that was sold to Symantec.
