Anthony DeCristofaro, President and CEO of MGi Software Corp., has
piloted MGI from its inception in 1995 into a global company with market
and technical leadership in visual media software products and
infrastructure. He has built a successful business by understanding and
pushing the evolution of digital imaging. A key factor in Mr.

Picture, a company co-founded by ex-Apple CEO, John Scully. Previously
as General Manager and Vice President of AST Canada, he grew the
subsidiary from $30 million in annual sales to over $350 million, in
just four years. He was also co-founding board member of Delrina
Corporation, a leading communications software developer that was sold
to Symantec. Mr. DeCristofaro holds an Advanced Business Administration
