Robert M. Di Scipio

Robert M. Di Scipio is Vice President of Corporate Development,
Secretary and General Counsel at OmegaTech, Inc. He earned a JD degree
from Pace University School of Law; BA, University of Michigan In
addition to managing corporate and legal affairs and public relations,
Mr. Di Scipio is also responsible for the company’s Asian-Pacific
operations. Mr. Di Scipio has initiated commercial activity in Japan,
China, Australia and established a sales/distribution network throughout
much of the Pacific Rim. Before joining OmegaTech, Mr. Di Scipio was the
Managing Partner of the Connecticut law firm, Hawthorne Ackerly &
Dorrance, where he practiced in the areas of taxation and corporate law.
Previously, Mr. Di Scipio was a Tax Attorney with Coopers & Lybrand.
Mr. Di Scipio is a member of the New York, Connecticut and American Bar
Associations.
