Neal I. Goldman

NEAL I. GOLDMAN is President and Founder of Goldman Capital Management,
Inc. Prior to joining the company, he was First Vice President, Research
at Shearson Lehman Hutton. Mr. Goldman received his B.A. degree in
Economics from The City University of New York (City College) and
completed course work for his M.B.A. (ABT) and two-thirds of the
requirements for his PH.D. in Finance at the City University of New York
(Bernard M. Baruch College). Mr. Goldman’s professional affiliations
include: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Institute of Chartered
Financial Analysts; General Securities Principal with the Securities and
Exchange Commission and the National Association of Securities Dealers;
Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission; member
of the New York Society of Security Analysts; member of the Board of
Directors at Blyth Industries, Inc., NYSE; and member of the Board of
Directors at the Reason Foundation.
