Michael E. Foss

MICHAEL E. FOSS is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of
Circuit City since 2003. Before joining the company, he was Executive
Vice President of Corporate/Business Development for TeleTech Holdings
Corporation from 2001 to 2003; President of TeleTech Companies Group
from 2000 to 2001; and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of TeleTech Holdings and President of TeleTech Companies Group
from 1999 to 2000. Mr. Foss was employed by Eastman Kodak Corporation
from 1997 to 1999 in various senior positions, including Chief Executive
Officer of Kodak’s Picturevision Inc. subsidiary.
