Larry G. Dillon

LARRY G. DILLON is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of
the Board of C&F Financial Corporation. He joined the company in August
1977. Prior to joining C&F, Mr. Dillon was a Bank Examiner with the
Virginia Bureau of Financial Institutions. He received his Bachelor’s
Degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and his Master’s in
Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. He has
served as President since 1989.
