KAREN E. SMITH is a Senior Analyst with Aberdeen’s Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) practice, providing her clients with research,
consulting, and insight into key issues involving CRM and e-Business.
Ms. Smith focuses on technologies and services that are critical to
effective selling, drive collaborative selling and marketing
opportunities, optimize multi-tier sales and partner relationships,
increase customer and partner loyalty, reduce overhead selling and
marketing costs, and fuel new revenue growth and higher market
valuations. Prior to joining Aberdeen, Ms. Smith worked as a senior
project manager for Washington CORE, a Washington, DC-based high tech
and Information Technology market research and consulting firm serving
an international clientele. Ms. Smith holds a BS degree in Journalism
with a focus in International Public Relations from Northern Arizona
University and an MA in International Communication from American
University in Washington, DC.
