Sebastian E. Cassetta

SEBASTIAN E. CASSETTA has been the Chairman of the Board and Chief
Executive Officer of SmartServ Online, Inc., since its inception, and
brings to the company over 20 years of international business experience
and leadership. He is the former President of Burns and Roe Securacom
Inc., a company that specialized in engineering and large-scale systems
integration. Formed in partnership with Burns and Roe, one of America’s
top six engineering firms, Mr. Cassetta took Securacom from startup to
over $28 million in sales in two years. He is also a former Director,
Managing Director and Vice President of Brinks Inc., a company with
operations in 52 countries worldwide. At Brinks, he expanded
international operations in over 15 countries, creating over 6,000 jobs
and over $100 million in new revenue. He is the youngest person to be
appointed a Vice President in Brinks’ 140-year history. Appointed by
President Reagan and Department of Commerce Secretary Malcolm Baldridge,
Mr. Cassetta served on both the U.S. Export Council and The Industry
Sector Advisory Committee (ISAC) regarding GATT (Tokyo round)
negotiations. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of The
Young Presidents’ Organization and is the former Chairman of the New
York Chapter. He is currently a member of the Chief Executive’s
Organization.
