Radha Basu

RADHA BASU has served as President, CEO and Director of Support.com,
Inc., since July 1999. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Basu was
employed at Hewlett-Packard company for 20 years, most recently as
Senior General Manager of the Electronics Business Software
Organization. Ms. Basu joined HP in 1978 as an R&D engineer in HP
Laboratories and after a series of promotions, moved to the
Intercontinental Group in 1985 to pioneer HP’s Sales and R&D operations
in India, including the India Software Operation, where she served as
Managing Director. In 1989, Ms. Basu returned to the US as General
Manager of the International Software Organization. She took on
worldwide responsibility of the Enterprise Solutions Organization in
1996, and assumed her most recent position as General Manager of EBSD in
1997. Ms. Basu left HP in January 1999 to engage in consulting and
investment for Internet startup companies. Ms. Basu received a Bachelor
of Engineering degree from the University of Madras, India, a Master’s
degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the
University of Southern California, and is a graduate of the Stanford
Business School Executive Management Program.
