Michael D. Hays

MICHAEL D. HAYS, Chief Executive Officer and President, founded National
Research Corporation in 1981 with the mission of establishing the
premier information gathering and analysis organization nationwide.
Under his leadership, NRC has become a recognized industry leader
specializing in health-care performance measurement. National Research
Corporation has conducted more performance studies for healthcare
organizations than any other firm, and has designed among the largest
satisfaction measurement projects ever undertaken within the healthcare
industry. Mr. Hays served as Vice President and member of the Board of
Directors for an international research organization for several years
before founding National Research Corporation. His research experience
spans over 25 years.
