Kevin Bagby

KEVIN BAGBY is a Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of
Stoneridge, Inc. Mr. Bagby has served in this position since joining the
company in July 1995. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Mr. Bagby worked in
financial positions for Kelsey-Hayes, General Tire and Abex
corporations. Mr. Bagby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree from Kent State University and a Master’s of Business
Administration degree from George Mason University.
