KEVIN BAGBY is a Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of
Stoneridge, Inc. Mr. Bagby has served in this position since joining the
company in July 1995. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Mr. Bagby worked in
financial positions for Kelsey-Hayes, General Tire and Abex
corporations. Mr. Bagby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration
degree from Kent State University and a Master's of Business
Administration degree from George Mason University. Profile
JERRY PISANI is President and Chief Executive Officer of Stoneridge,
Inc. Mr. Pisani joined Stoneridge in 1988 when the company he was
operating, the Joseph Pollak Corporation, was acquired by Stoneridge. In
1992 he was appointed President of the Stoneridge Engineered Products
Group and in 2003, Chief Operating Officer. He assumed his current
responsibility in May 2004. Prior to joining Stoneridge, Mr. Pisani held
management positions with Allied-Signal and General Electric. He serves
as a Director for the Greater Boston Manufacturing Partnership and
serves on the President's Council of the Automotive Equipment Suppliers'
Association. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from
Clarkson University and a Master's of Business Administration degree
