MICHAEL J. FITZPATRICK is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of both OceanFirst Financial Corp. and its subsidiary,
OceanFirst Bank. Mr. Fitzpatrick has held this position at OceanFirst
since 1992 following an 11 year career at KPMG in the Financial
Institutions practice. He has earned an undergraduate and MBA degree
from Rutgers University and is licensed as a CPA in New Jersey. Profile
JOHN R. GARBARINO is Chairman, President and CEO of both OceanFirst
Financial Corp. and its subsidiary, OceanFirst Bank, as well as
OceanFirst Foundation. OceanFirst is a $1.7 billion institution serving
the Jersey Shore Community, headquartered in Toms River, New Jersey. Mr.
Garbarino currently also serves on the Board of the Federal Home Loan
Bank of New York, as well as the New Jersey-based Meridian Health
Systems. His past service includes terms as Chairman of the Board of the
New Jersey Savings League for 1991-1992, as well as a Director of
America's Community Bankers and he has been active in numerous other
community and business organizations during his 30 year career in the
