Michael J. Fitzpatrick

MICHAEL J. FITZPATRICK is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of both OceanFirst Financial Corp. and its subsidiary,
OceanFirst Bank. Mr. Fitzpatrick has held this position at OceanFirst
since 1992 following an 11 year career at KPMG in the Financial
Institutions practice. He has earned an undergraduate and MBA degree
from Rutgers University and is licensed as a CPA in New Jersey.
