YANIV ARIELI has served as President of US Operations and Investor
Relations of DSP Group, Inc., since August 2002. Prior to that he
served as DSP Group's Licensing Division's Vice President of Finance,
Chief Financial Officer and Secretary from January 2001. Mr. Arieli
joined DSP Group in February 1997 as its Controller. In April 2000, Mr.
Arieli was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of VoicePump, Inc., a
subsidiary of DSP Group, and shortly thereafter as Director of Investor
Relations of DSP Group. From January 1995 to January 1997, Mr. Arieli
served as an Account Manager and Certified Public Accountant in
Kesselman & Kesselman, a division of Coopers & Lybrand, an accounting
firm. Mr. Arieli is a CPA and holds a BA in Accounting and Economics
from Haifa University in Israel and an MBA from Newport University. Profile
