WILLIAM ROGERS is Founder and President/CEO of Ektron, Inc. Rogers has
co-founded three successful business endeavors in less than a decade. At
Zydacron Inc., co-developer of the first video conferencing chip set,
Bill led product development and pursued strategic partnering efforts
with major technology firms. He coordinated the organization's
transition from a systems consultant to a leading desktop video-
conferencing development firm. The firm is currently the largest volume
seller of desktop video conferencing components to companies such as
PictureTel and Intel Corporation. As a co-founder of Global Telemedix,
the industry's front-running telemedicine software developer, Bill
conceptualized and executed product development initiatives, while also
spearheading key strategic relationships with technical partners and
investors such as Hewlett Packard Medical Products Group, IBM, and
British Telecom. In his most recent initiative, Ektron, Bill has
assembled a stellar technical and Senior Executive team to offer leading
edge e-commerce solutions. This includes first-of-their-kind
applications that enable organization-wide, dynamic Web content
management by non-technical professionals. He has also been at the
leading edge of new technology development at companies such as DuPont
Corporation and MIT Lincoln Labs. Bill received his B.S. degree in
