WILLIAM F. EDWARDS joined Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. in 1979 and has
held a number of financial and administrative positions prior to being
elected Vice President of Financial Planning in 1995. He was elected to
his current position as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer in September 1997. Mr. Edwards received a Bachelor of Science
