WILLIAM T. DAVIS is President, CEO and Director of Search Energy Corp.
Mr. Davis founded Search Energy Inc. in November 1994 and was appointed
President and Chief Executive Officer of Search Energy Corp. in May
1995. Mr. Davis, a Landman holding the designation P. Land of the
Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen, has 19 years of experience in
the oil and gas industry in Canada and the United States. Prior to
founding Search Energy, Mr. Davis held various positions, including
Manager, Regional Exploration with Canadian Hunter Exploration Ltd., an
Alberta-based oil and gas company. Mr. Davis graduated from the
University of Alberta in 1976 with a Bachelor's Degree in Science. In
1992 he was named a Schmeelk Fellow and pursued graduate studies in
Business Administration at Universit-Laval in Quebec City, Canada. Profile
