WILLIAM CADWALLADER is Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Kineta
Inc. He joined Kineta to design and lead the company's corporate development
strategies. He has over 24 years of experience in corporate development,
marketing and strategic planning. Prior to joining Kineta, Mr. Cadwallader
served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Velcura
Therapeutics where he drove a successful corporate strategy. Velcura is a
clinical stage biotechnology company based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Earlier, Mr.
Cadwallader was Vice President for Strategic Planning and Marketing, at Cell
Therapeutics, Inc., where his position was integral to the product license and
alliance management of Cell Therapeutics' oncology product collaboration with
pharmaceutical giant, Novartis. Mr. Cadwallader also held numerous positions at
Amgen, Thousand Oaks, California. There, he took on increased responsibilities
following each advancement, holding key positions in strategic planning,
marketing, global marketing and product licensing. In addition, he played an
essential role in the launch of Neulasta (pegfilgrastim); now a $3 billion
franchise product. Mr. Cadwallader also was part of the successful joint venture
of Sankyo and Parke Davis, helping to establish the US commercial presence of
Sankyo Ltd., Japan's second largest pharmaceutical company. Mr. Cadwallader
began his career as a sales representative for the Upjohn Co., Kalamazoo,
