William Ballard joined Childrens Comprehensive Services, Inc. (CCS) in
1990, and currently serves as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining CCS he formed and was President of Paladin Capital, a
NASDAQ broker/dealer. Prior to that time he served as President of
Major Safe Company, Incorporated and built it into a respected company
of international scope. Mr. Ballards business career spans 30 years,
over 20 of which have been spent as Chief Executive Officer or President
of growth companies. He holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of
