WILLIAM J. ALIBER has been the Executive Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of Crown Media Holdings, Inc., since May 2000. Prior
to that, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Crown Media International from March 1997 through May 2000 and a
Director of Crown Media International from May 1998 through May 2000. He
also served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Hallmark Entertainment, Inc., from June 1996 through May 2000. Prior to
that, he was the Director of Corporate Finance for Hallmark Cards from
