WAYNE WADLEY is the President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director
of GEOCAN Energy Inc. and founder of the corporation. He is a Certified
Engineering Technologist receiving a Diploma in Petroleum Resources
Technology from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 1980.
Mr. Wadley is also the President of Timberwolf Resources Ltd., a private
holding company, from 1998 to the present. He was also the Vice
President, Production/Operations for Danoil Energy Ltd., an Alberta
Stock Exchange listed company from September 1992 to April 1997. From
1989 to 1992, Mr. Wadley held the position of Production Superintendent
with OMV (Canada) Ltd., an Austrian-based oil and gas production company
with operations in Canada. Mr. Wadley has extensive experience in

BRADLEY J. FARRIS is the Vice President, Finance, Chief Financial
Officer and a Director of GEOCAN Energy Inc. Mr. Farris earned a post
graduate diploma in International Economics from the University of East
Anglia, Norwich England in 1990 and aB.Comm (Finance) from the
University of Calgary in 1980. From 1997 to 1998 Mr. Farris spent two
years as a Consultant to various Canadian companies with operations in
China and the Kyrgyz Republic. Prior thereto, Mr. Farris spent three
years (1993 to 1996) with Canadian Fracmaster Ltd. As a Senior
Economist, focusing on international projects in Russia, China and the
Middle East. From 1980 to 1992, Mr. Farris held various financial
positions within Gulf Canada Resources Ltd., in the Frontier
Development, Corporate Finance and finally, the International Division,
concentrating on exploration and development opportunities in the Middle
