VICTOR EDELBROCK assumed the position of Chairman of the Board,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Edelbrock Corporation in 1962.
He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he is
an active member of the alumni association. He served as President of
the Specialty Equipment Marketing Association, or SEMA, from 1970 to
1974 and was a member of the SEMA Board of Directors from 1967 to 1989.
He has received numerous industry awards, including induction to the
SEMA Hall of Fame and the Street Rod Equipment Alliance (SREA) Hall of
Fame and was voted Performance Warehouse Association (PWA) Person of the
Year in 1982 and 1987. He was a regional finalist in the 1995
Entrepreneur of the Year awards competition, sponsored by Ernst & Young. Profile
