TIMOTHY S. WEBSTER has been President of American Italian Pasta Company
since 1991 and its Chief Executive Officer since 1993. Mr. Webster
joined AIPC as its Chief Financial Officer in April 1989 after two years
of consulting with AIPC for his former employer, Ernst & Young. Under
his leadership (jointly with Horst Schroeder, AIPC's Chairman since
1991), AIPC has grown sales and operating profits by a 30% compounded
rate for 10 years. AIPC's success has been achieved through investments
in state-of-the-art facilities (four in the US and one recently added in
Italy) as well as building a strong management team; but most of all
through delivering customers and markets through a combination of
quality, service and competitive prices that enable them to grow their
pasta sales and profits. Mr. Webster is also a visionary who sees
opportunity for AIPC to continue to grow and improve into one of
America's best food companies. Mr. Webster graduated from Drake
University in 1984 with a BS in Accounting. Profile
