Timothy J. Policinski, Vice President and Senior Portfolio
Manager, Fixed Income, joined Fort Washington Investment Advisors
in 2001. Prior to this, he was employed by Lincoln Investment
Management, Ft. Wayne, Indiana, in various investment capacities,
including Money Market Director, Portfolio Manager, General
Accounts, Fixed Income Mutual Fund Manager and, most recently,
Vice President and Public Bond Manager. Mr. Policinski earned a
BS in Economics and an MS in Business Administration from Indiana
