TIM WILLIAMS, in 1990, co-founded CrosStor Software, the leading
supplier of storage-centric operating system technology to the OEM
hardware market, and has served as President and Chief Executive Officer
since that time. Mr. Williams was instrumental in creating CrosStor's
storage-centric operating system strategy, and has taken an active role
in the architecture of both the CrosStor NAS and CrosStor SAN product
lines. Prior to forming CrosStor, he served as a consultant for a
variety of computer and communications companies. He participated in the
development of the UNIX operating system at Bell Laboratories, and has
held a number of key engineering positions at high-growth and startup
computer companies in the New Jersey area. Profile
TWST: Let's start out by your giving us a brief overview of CrosStor thecompany's history, activities, services, products, customers, those
kinds of things.
Mr. Williams: CrosStor builds a
