TIM WILLIAMS is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tacit
Networks. He is leading the company in the development of its
business model, product architecture, and channel strategy, and
has been instrumental in assembling an experienced management
team for the company. Mr. Williams has over 25 years of
experience in the computer industry. In 1990, he co-founded
CrosStor Software, a leading supplier of network-attached
storage-centric operating system technology for both NAS and SAN
to the OEM hardware market, and served as President and Chief
Executive Officer. CrosStor was sold to EMC in 2000. After the
acquisition Mr. Williams served as Vice President of the Midrange
