TIM KEITHAHN is Chief Financial Officer of Vision Solutions, Inc.
With more than 10 years of experience in a variety of corporate
finance positions, Mr. Keithahn joined Vision Solutions in April
2000. Prior to joining the company, he served as a Senior Audit
Manager for the Seattle-based accounting firm of Moss Adams LLP.
While there, he was responsible for the accounting and attest
practice of the Costa Mesa office. Previously, Mr. Keithahn held
various staff and management positions within the Orange County
audit practice of Arthur Andersen LLP. He had a significant
emphasis on initial public offerings and merger and acquisition
advisory consulting for high technology and startup companies. He
also was an active member of the firm's national High Technology
Group. Mr. Keithahn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business
Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is
a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and an
active member of the American Institute of Certified Public
