THOMAS J. BRESNAN, President and Chief Executive Officer, of New
Horizons Worldwide, Inc., oversees all activities involved in the
expansion and ongoing operational support of the New Horizons network.
Under Mr. Bresnan's leadership, New Horizons' corporate revenues have
grown from $23.7 million in 1995 to $142.7 million in 2000, and system-
wide revenues from $41.3 million to $530.3 million. The network has
expanded to over 290 locations in 47 countries. He joined the company in
August 1992 and served as President and Chief Operating Officer until
Sept. 1, 1999. On that date, he became the company's Chief Executive
Officer, in addition to continuing to serve as President. Prior to
joining New Horizons, Bresnan was President and Chief Executive Officer
of Capitol American Life Insurance, which he grew from a $25 million
life insurance company into a $200 million business in seven years. Profile
