THOMAS W. BLANK was named President and CEO of Hudson Hotels Corporation
in January 2002. Hudson traded over the counter as a hotel ownership and
management company. Mr. Blank joined Hudson Hotels in 1998 as Vice
President of Acquisitions and moved to Executive Vice President and
General Counsel before moving on to his current position as President
and CEO of the company. Prior to joining the company, he worked for
Essex Partners, Inc., a privately held real estate ownership and
management company. He was also formally a partner in the private
practice of law concentrating on commercial real estate and business
law. Mr. Blank received his juris doctorate from Union University Albany
Law School in Albany, New York, and is a member of the local and New
