RICHARD FINCH is UK Leisure, Entertainment and Hotels Analyst at Credit
Lyonnais Securities. He has followed the sector for much of the last 15
years. After Spencer Thornton and Citicorp Scrimgeour Vickers in the
1980s, he specialised in Swiss consumer stocks at HSBC James Capel. In
1995, he joined Credit Lyonnais Laing to cover UK Paper & Packaging and
last summer returned to Leisure and Hotels. Mr Finch has a M.A. honours
degree in Modern Languages (French and German) from Oxford University
(St Edmund Hall). His interests include architectural history, symphony
