Terry Fuller – Retinapharma Technologies Inc

DR. TERRY A. FULLER is President and CEO of RetinaPharma Technologies, Inc. Mr. Fuller has over twenty-five years of entrepreneurial business management and technology development experience with emerging and high growth start-up and early stage medical device and pharmaceutical companies. He has held positions of CEO, COO, and EVP Technology for both publicly traded and private corporations Johnson Company (NYSE:JNJ), Surgical Laser Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SLTI), Laser SkinToner, Inc. (PVT), SubLase, Inc. (PVT), Fuller Research Corporation (PVT). He specializes in technology development, identifying, financing and introducing early or seed-stage technology to the health care market and implementing numerous acquisitions and strategic alliances. Professionally, Dr Fuller has strong scientific and clinical expertise in multiple specialties, including ophthalmology, gynecology and urology, and has managed numerous regulatory clearances. In addition, he has broad intellectual property management experience, including litigation strategies, and patent portfolio management. He has 16 issued US patents and has authored over 40 articles, several book chapters, and two books on surgical and medical lasers and ophthalmic and minimally invasive surgery. Dr. Fuller has been active in PDT research of treatment of vaginal vault cancer and is a leading authority in less- invasive energy delivery systems. Academic accomplishments and affiliations include several university and hospital appointments; most recently Dr. Fuller served as an Assistant Professor at Jefferson Medical College. Among the many awards and honors he has received are the American Medical Association Certificate of Recognition, the Chalmers J. Lyons Memorial Lecture, Ichabod Washburn Award, Outstanding Professional Achievement Award and the Sigma Xi Research Award Lecture. He received a Ph.D. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering and Biophysics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Clark University in cooperation with the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
