TED MUNDEN was appointed Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
of DataJungle Software Inc. in October 2003. In addition to being
responsible for all activities of DataJungle, Mr. Munden oversees
corporate finance and has monitored the arranging of most of the capital
investment for the company to date. In 1989 Mr. Munden co-founded a
private investment bank that has provided early and mid-stage venture
capital and hands-on managerial assistance to a portfolio of technology
software and energy resource companies. Technology companies other than
DataJungle include: an OTCBB company offering an innovative
infrastructure for secure internet data delivery; a private company
which delivers software solutions to manage Websites; and a Bluetooth
chip developer which was sold in 2000. In 1994, Mr. Munden co-founded a
Dallas-based NASDAQ energy company and held senior level positions
including Chairman, President and CEO until it was sold in 2001. Mr.
Munden has extensive experience as a Director or officer of a number of
publicly traded companies. Mr. Munden is a Professional Engineer and
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and an MBA from
