T. RICHARD HOLT joined McHugh Associates, Inc. in 1997 and is an
analyst, portfolio manager and partner. A Chartered Financial Analyst,
he has been in the investment business for over 18 years, with the last
seven years being spent in investment management. Prior to that, Mr.
Holt was a sell-side research analyst and was a member of Institutional

Mr. Holt: McHugh Associates was founded in 1986 as a registered
investment advisor, by Tom McHugh, Abner Kingman, and
