SUNIL WADHWANI is the CEO and co-Founder of iGATE Capital Corporation, a
global network of operating companies that provides a full range of
critical IT services for clients around the world. iGATE emerged in
March 2000 from the reorganization of Mastech Corporation. Mr. Wadhwani
co-founded Mastech Corporation in 1986. Under his leadership as CEO, the
company grew to more than $500 million in revenues. Mr. Wadhwani earned
a Master's degree in Management from Carnegie-Mellon University and a
Bachelor's degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Mr. Wadhwani serves on the Board of Directors of Carnegie-Mellon
University, the Information Technology Association of America and the
