LIOR HARARY-NITZAN, CPA, has been the head of the Israeli tax desk with Ernst & Young since July 2003. He is a tax advisor to multinationals doing business in Israel and is representative of the Israeli office in the US. Mr. Harary-Nitzan has been with the company since 2000. During that period, he has specialized in international tax planning for corporations and individuals, stock option taxation and M&A transactions. Before joining E&Y, he served over four years as a Tax Inspector with the Israeli tax authorities.
