STEVEN V. ABRAMSON, J.D. is President and Chief Operating Officer of
Universal Display Corporation. Prior to joining the company, he was Vice
President, General Counsel, Secretary and Treasurer of Roy F. Weston,
Inc. and Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Technology
Licensing Division; General Counsel at Interdigital Communications Corp.
Mr. Abramson received a J.D. from Temple University School of Law, cum
laude, 1979; M.A. International Relations from Ohio State University,
1975 and B.A. Political Science from Bucknell University, 1973. He
serves on the Board of Directors, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
Association (ALS); Board of Directors, Delaware Valley Science Fairs;
Governing Board, United States Display Consortium (USDC) and Advisory
Board, Advanced Technology Center for Photonics and Optoelectronic
