STEVEN W. SURBAUGH is Chief Financial Officer at ChoicePoint Inc.

administration teams to advance economic success. Mr. Surbaugh
joined ChoicePoint in 2002 after 29 years with Arthur Andersen,
where he most recently served as the partner-in-charge of the
real estate, financial services and not-for-profit audit
practices in the Atlanta, Georgia office. Among his clients were
Equifax, Cousins Properties, and CareMark. Mr. Surbaugh is active
in a number of Atlanta civic organizations, including the
Metropolitan Boys & Girls Clubs and Communities in Schools. He
