Steven Logan – Cornell Companies Inc (crn)

STEVEN W. LOGAN is the company's President and CEO. Mr. Logan earlier served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw the company's overall operating and personnel infrastructure, consisting of over 2,500 employees, and the management of what is now over 14,845 offenders within 72 facilities throughout 13 states. Prior to becoming Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Logan served as the company's Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. From 1984 to 1993 he was a Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co., S.C. Mr. Logan is Chairman of the Emerging Company Strategic Planning Committee and is on the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) New Venture Clinic Advisory Committee. He also belongs to the Greater Houston Partnership; Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse; Partners in Education; Texas Investment Forum Guest Lecturer and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
