STEPHEN C. SATERBO, co-owner of Colorado Boxed Beef Company,
holds the position of Senior Vice President, Marketing and
Finance. He provides guidance for all accounting and financial
functions plus oversees the marketing efforts of both the
corporate office and meat processing plant. He is heavily
involved in the daily operation of the processing plant,
including direct interaction with CBBC's clients and vendors. Mr.
Saterbo is also co-owner of Saterbo-Watson Citrus, Inc.
Diversification and growth have been the focus of Mr. Saterbo for
Colorado Boxed Beef over the last several years. He spearheaded
the project that would propel CBBC into the meat-processing
arena. The evidence of his effort is now apparent in the new
state-of-the-art, 60,000-square-foot processing facility that
