STEPHEN KILLEEN – WORLDWINNER.COM INC

STEPHEN KILLEEN serves as the President and CEO of WorldWinner and is a member of the Board. Stephen is the leader of the WorldWinner management team and oversees operations at its headquarters in Newton, Massachusetts and its office in Los Angeles, California. Stephen is a seasoned Internet veteran with more than ten years of experience leading numerous high-profile consumer and technology ventures. Most recently, Stephen served as President of Terra Lycos U.S., where he led all areas of Lycos, the world's fifth largest Web destination, including revenue, profit and the consumer experience. During his tenure at Terra Lycos, Stephen also headed Terra U.S., the global portal's U.S. Hispanic business unit, and served on the Board of Directors of Lycos Europe and Sympatico Lycos. Prior to Terra Lycos, he was President and Director of Marketing Services Group, Inc. (MSGi), a leading provider of integrated marketing solutions, and Chairman of MSGi's Internet Group. Previously, Stephen was President and CEO of Raging Bull, joining the company when it had four employees, and orchestrating its acquisition by AltaVista. Before leading Raging Bull, Stephen was Senior Vice President at Fidelity Investments, the second largest discount brokerage firm in the world, where he led the organization responsible for Fidelity's dramatic online growth. Prior to Fidelity, he served as Senior Vice President at DLJ Direct (now called Harris Direct). At DLJ, Stephen pioneered the online brokerage industry in the early '90s and dramatically grew the company's online account base and transactions. Stephen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Union College. He is a director of Molecular, an industry-leading digital solutions advisor to some of the most powerful businesses in the world; Protegent, a maker of software to prevent improper trading at securities and money management firms; Junior Achievement of Northern New England and the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce.
