STEPHEN COLLINS is the CFO of DoubleClick, Inc. He joined DoubleClick in
January 1997 as Controller, and served in that capacity until October
1998. Prior to joining DoubleClick, Mr. Collins served in a variety of
financial positions within Colgate-Palmolive Company between 1992 and
1996. The majority of Mr. Collins' experience with Colgate was focused
in Central and Eastern Europe, most notably as Assistant Financial
Director for Colgate-Palmolive Romania. Between 1988 and 1992, he was an
Auditor with the Big 5 accounting firm of PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Mr.
Collins received his BS degree in Accounting from the University of
Alabama, and he is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York
