STAN MCKEE is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and
Administrative Officer of Electronic Arts Inc. An Electronic Arts
executive since 1989, Mr. McKee laid the groundwork and led the
company's successful IPO in September 1989. Prior to joining Electronic
Arts, Mr. McKee was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
at Digital Research Inc. (DRI) in Monterey, CA. Mr. McKee holds an MBA
from Stanford University, where he also earned his Bachelor of Arts
