DAVE HABIGER has served as President and CEO of Sonic Solutions since April
2005. A leader in digital media software, Sonic's products range from advanced
authoring systems used to produce Hollywood DVD and Blu-ray disc titles to
award-winning consumer applications and services. During Mr. Habiger's tenure,
the company's product portfolio expanded to include innovative technologies and
services that enabled the digital distribution and enjoyment of premium video
entertainment. Mr. Habiger has held various roles at Sonic since joining the
company in its early stages in 1993, including General Manager of the company's
largest division, the Desktop Products Group (now the Roxio Division). Prior to
joining Sonic, Mr. Habiger was a Product Manager at the Roscor Corporation, a
leading provider of professional video, audio, multimedia, and computer-based
products and services. He was also a founder of Providence Productions, a media
production company. Mr. Habiger holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and
a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wis. Profile
