SHEREEN P. JONES has been Executive Vice President, Chief
Financial and Investment Officer of Boykin Lodging Company since
February 2002. She is responsible for planning and implementation
of strategic initiatives, capital raising, oversight of all
accounting and treasury functions, and investor relations. Prior
to joining Boykin, Ms. Jones was an investment banker for 15
years, most recently as Director and Global Head of Hospitality
Investment Banking at Credit Suisse First Boston. Previously, Ms.
Jones was Senior Vice President of Lehman Brothers, serving as
head of its Real Estate, Lodging and Gaming Mergers and
Acquisitions practice. Ms. Jones earned a BA with honors in
Economics, magna cum laude, from Duke University and an MBA from
