SHELL R. WATT, Director of Information Technology at
EagleDirect.com, Inc., joined EagleDirect in 1993 as a software
developer, where he developed unique solutions in the area of
data warehousing, database marketing, and marketing fulfillment.
In the first quarter of 2000 he was promoted to his current
position. Under his new leadership, Mr. Watt has been integral in
developing the foundation of EagleDirect's e-commerce solutions
and has helped grow the company from what was primarily a
database marketing and printing company into the direct
marketing, print, fulfillment and e-commerce solution provider it
is today. With 15 years of software development experience, Mr.
Watt has demonstrated the ability to recommend and manage the
implementation of technology-based services to assist
EagleDirect, and its clients in achieving their goals. Before
joining the company, Mr. Watt worked as a software developer with
Courthouse Records, Incorporated, where he helped develop
solutions to provide tax assessor information to real estate and
