LENNY SOKOLOW has been a Director of vFinance, Inc., since November 8,
1997, its Chief Executive Officer since November 8, 1999, and its
President since January 5, 2001. From November 8, 1999 through January
4, 2001, he was Vice Chairman of the Board. Since September 1996, he has
been President of Union Atlantic LC, a merchant, banking and strategic
consulting firm specializing domestically and internationally in
technology industries that is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company.
Since August 1993, he has been President of Genesis Partners, Inc., a
private financial business-consulting firm. From August 1994 through
December 1998, he was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the
Americas Growth Fund, Inc., a public closed-end management investment
company. He presently serves as a Director of Advanced Electronics
Support Products, Inc., a worldwide distributor and manufacturer of
active and passive networking components traded on NASDAQ. He received a
BA degree with majors in Economics and Accounting from the University of
Florida in 1977, a JD degree from the University of Florida School of
Law in 1980 and an LLM (Taxation) degree from the New York University
